Ms. Lauren is going into her fifth year as an educator. She has previously taught Jr. High Science, Service Learning, STEM, and Psychology. She holds a Master's degree in Science and Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Washington. Lauren started at MMA in 2022 and fell in love with the Montessori philosophy and culture of MMA. She is inspired by the students' natural curiosity and love for learning. Lauren is passionate about sparking interest and helping students see the connections between science and everyday life, as she creates hands-on, inquiry-based learning experiences in her classroom. Outside of the classroom, Lauren is an avid skier, hiker, and camper.
