Jamie has always dreamed of being a teacher. She earned her degree from Arizona State University and has been teaching for three years, with this being her first year at MMA. She has been happily married to her best friend, Chase, for nearly 19 years, and together they have four children, two dogs, a cat, and a Russian tortoise named Tim. Outside the classroom, Jamie enjoys traveling, reading, and crafting—especially cross-stitch, quilting, and knitting. She loves teaching Kindergarten and feels that MMA is truly the best!
