I have been involved in education in a variety of forms for the past 20 years. I have taught in 8 different brick-and-mortar schools, online, and out of my home. Having lived abroad--1 year in Kuwait and 4 years in U.A.E.--I have a deep passion for learning from other cultures and using education to develop global peace. I love the Montessori philosophy, and I am so grateful to teach at MMA. I firmly believe that the Arts make us better people and the world a better place. I love being able to use literature, music, and theatre to help our students discover the world and their place in it. When I'm not at school, my favorite thing to do is to find unique places to visit with my husband and 2 kids.nda. I love singing, playing the piano, reading, and watching movies with my family.
